If y'all think why his dad and fam let him go with Gon was because that needle implanted in him was the exact reason why, they knew some day he will abandon Gon or will be a cause of his death indirectly which will scar him for life and he'll come back to them.

That's how unrealistic this fictional charachter is. Far from anything a real life child is. So, how can you even apply real life rules to it ? Gon is shown to be very well capable of giving consent. If he refuses on something, you can't even use force on him. All you can do is use logic, but even then gon follows his own feelings. He's practically equivalent to an adult in real life.

Also, your analogy is faulty a little. Since, an adult man having relationship with a young girl, can have far more negative consequences than an adult women having relationship with young boy. So, I don't get the analogy. A man with girl is far more dangerous.
